Aqua Voice is a fast cloud dictation app with a strong focus on technical writing. Its yearly Pro price is close to Bedrock Flow’s. The main difference is that Aqua Voice needs the internet and sends your audio to its servers, while Bedrock Flow works on your PC.

Aqua Voice’s own Windows page says it processes audio in the cloud and has no offline mode. Bedrock Flow turns your speech into text on your PC, so it works without internet and your recordings are never uploaded.
Bedrock Flow is built local first. Your dictation history is saved on your PC, and your vocabulary, snippets and styles are backed up to your account so they follow you to a new PC. Your recordings and your words are never part of that.
